- Recruitment Manager receives detailed job requirements from Sales Manager and Account Manager.
- Recruitment Manager and the recruitment team then begins sourcing and screening resumes according to the requirements provided
- The Recruitment team creates a database of all shortlisted resumes and sends them forward to the Accounts Manager
- The Recruitment team also proceeds to schedule interviews and follow-ups with consultants and vendors as needed
- Once the right candidate is selected, the Recruitment team establishes direct communication with the candidate and follows up for all pre joining assessments and documentation
- As a final ste, the Recruitment team enures a smooth orientation process on the first day of joining and also schedules multiple follow-ups with the candidate and client to ensure maximum satisfaction for both parties
