Our One time off service has proven popular for clients who are on the lookout for much more permanent additions to their teams with mid senior roles in mind.
- Recruitment Manager receives detailed job requirements from Sales Manager and Account Manager.
- Recruitment Manager and the recruitment team then begins sourcing and screening resumes according to the requirements provided
- The difference n this process would be that, with the one time off service, our team will be on the lookout for candidates with higher qualifications and years of experience.
- Following the selection of candidates, the list will be sent forth to the account manager, kicking off the final interviews and selections.
- Once the permanent candidate is selected, the Recruitment team establishes direct communication with the candidate and follow up for all pre joining assessments and documentation
- Following that, we deploy the candidate to you for your onboarding process.
